NOAH'S ARK CHILDREN'S HOSPICE

Milly Days invited a gorgeous group of children down to Bourne End from Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. All the children that came down, live with siblings who have life threatening diseases.

We had the petting zoo and some of the younger children were able to ride the Shetland pony, Max. They played tennis, table tennis, archery, went on the trampoline and ofcourse, spent hours in the heated swimming pool.

Captain John took numerous kids out on Milly Belle and all the children who wanted to, were able to drive the boat (under the careful guidance of Captain John!). Milly Days really loved having this special group of children down for

The day and hope they will come back again next year!

Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice is a community-based hospice service providing support for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families in North and Central London and Hertsmere. Our mission is:

  • to provide care and support for children and young people from birth who have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition. Our aim is to enable them to live full lives and to achieve their aspirations;
  • to ensure that families are able to live life as fully as possible while their child is still alive and go on to face the future with hope after bereavement.
