I just wanted to say a belated thank you to you, to Gina, and to the Milly Days team for another fantastic day by the river for our amazing Honeypot children.  I know they had a wonderful time, feedback from the team was of an exciting and fun-packed day, and I know children reported it as being the “best day ever!” which is always the vote of confidence you’re looking for when running days out!

Milly Days is truly a unique offering and not something we could remotely replicate from our own resources or funds, so thank you all for making this possible – it is greatly appreciated.

I feel this year our planning a was a little better than last time, our risk assessment a little more comprehensive, and should we have the opportunity to return again in future I have some further learnings I’ll implement to make next time safer still.  I had a lovely chat with Rays of Sunshine about planning for their visit, please feel free to share my contact details with any other organisation who may find our experience useful.
